- A form already signed in the last six months counts, so clients are not asked twice

Are digital consent forms accepted for tattoos in the UK?+
Requirements differ between local authorities, so check with yours. StudioBuilder keeps the wording, the answers, the signature and the time, and prints each one on a clean page.
Can I use my own wording?+
Yes. The default is a starting point for you to edit. Change the consent text, the health questions and the declarations to suit your licence conditions.
Do clients need an app or an account?+
