Policy wording

Deposit

Your date is secured with a 25% deposit. It comes off the final price of your tattoo. Your artist holds the time for you alone, so the deposit is taken before the date is confirmed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can move your appointment once with at least 2 days notice and your deposit carries over to the new date. With less notice, or a second move, the deposit is not carried over and a new one is needed to rebook.

Missed appointments

If you miss your appointment without notice, or cancel with less than 2 days notice, your deposit is not returned. The time cannot be refilled, and the deposit covers the preparation already done.
